Rob Duford
Lead Pastor
Rob Duford is the founding pastor of Orlando North Church. He has served in various roles in the church world – youth pastor, young adult pastor, internship director, and now, lead pastor. Rob was born and raised in Midland, Michigan and unfortunately developed a die-hard passion for University of Michigan football. He did his undergraduate studies at Lee University and later completed his MBA from Regent University and his Masters of Biblical Studies from Reformed Theological Seminary.
In 1994 Rob did the most courageous thing of his life when, at Lee University, he asked a girl way out of his league on a date, and shockingly she said yes. Rob and Melanie have been married for twenty-eight years. They have 2 young adult children.
The passion of Rob’s life and ministry is to spread the message of the hope found in the Gospel of Jesus Christ particularly by living a life centered on bringing fame and glory to Him.
Ryan Rivetto
Associate Pastor & Worship Pastor
Ryan Rivetto serves as Associate Pastor and Worship Pastor at Orlando North Church, where he loves helping people encounter Jesus through worship and meaningful relationships. He earned a Bachelor of Biblical Studies from Ozark Christian College and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Cornerstone Theological Seminary in Grand Rapids, MI.
Originally from Arizona, Ryan and his family spent several years serving as missionaries in Peru—living and ministering in both a large mountain city and the Amazon rainforest. That season of life deeply shaped his love for the global Church and his heart for people from every background.
Ryan has been married to his beautiful wife, Rebecca, since 2002, and together they are raising three teenage children who keep life active and full of laughter. As a family, they love embracing Florida life—kayaking, beach days, and visiting Disney parks. Ryan also enjoys good music, meaningful conversations, and a great book.
Above all, he is passionate about walking with people through real life—helping them grow in faith, emotional health, and deeper connection with Christ and one another.
Zach Lubeck
Student Ministries & Young Adults Pastor
Zach Lubeck is the Student Ministries & Young Adults’ Pastor at Orlando North. He was born on the mission field in Guatemala, but spent most of his childhood in Fort Worth, Texas. Zach holds a bachelor’s degree in Missions and General Ministry. He has served as an intern, Assistant Director at Crossroads Leadership College, and Middle School Pastor at Crossroads Church.
It was in Louisiana where Zach met his wife Laura, and they began their lives together. They have two children, Lillie Mae and Harrison. Zach loves to spend his free time at the movies when he isn’t chasing around his two toddlers. He is notorious for his “dad jokes” and never meets a stranger. From a young age, Zach recognized how blessed he was to be raised in a household that loves Jesus and His church. It’s these real life encounters with Christ that drives Zach to reach those who are lost and hurting.
Laura Lubeck
Children's Pastor
Laura Lubeck is the Children’s Pastor at Orlando North. Laura was born and raised in Lake Charles, LA. She attended McNeese State University and acquired her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. While she was in college, she met her husband Zach and they got married just two weeks after her graduation.
Laura taught the second grade for a full year, and then she was given the opportunity to join Zach in full-time ministry. She’s held many roles from Academic Coordinator at Crossroads Leadership College to Assistant Director of Mother’s Day Out. She has a love for children and her mission is help make them disciples of God and His Word. Laura is a mother of two kiddos and couldn’t be more excited to raise her little ones here in Florida. If you’re ever looking for Laura, she is probably outside soaking up all the sun or admiring any body of water/flowers.

Melanie Duford
Executive Assistant
Melanie is the wife of our lead pastor, Rob, and the two of them have been married for 28 years. She is also the mom of 2 amazing young adults. She has worked in the administrative side of missions for over 17 years and now works part-time at Orlando North.
Zachary Loughmiller
Media Director
Zachary Loughmiller serves as the Media Director at Orlando North Church. Originally from Altamonte Springs, Florida, Zach has been working in the local church for over 12 years. Throughout that time, he has worked in a variety of ministries including youth, young adults, and media, developing a heart for both creative excellence and meaningful discipleship.
Zach is passionate about helping people grow in their abilities and gain confidence in what God has called them to do. He loves discipling others in their relationship with Christ, especially investing in young adults as they navigate life and faith.
When he’s not serving at church, you’ll likely find Zach playing volleyball, disc golf, or ultimate frisbee. He also enjoys reading and spending quality time with friends. Above all, his desire is to see people strengthen their gifts and deepen their walk with Jesus.
